Airy loft double bedroom 2 min from sea - Hove

Lovely room in big apartment in best part of Hove. The room is available for a short term basis as a lodger for two months, starting in early/mid-November and finishing in early January.

We work mostly from home Mon-Fri, sharing a desk space in the living area between us and are often in calls so please note that there'll be somewhat limited access to this area during these times.

Our loft flat is the top floor of a beautiful classic Brighton townhouse. The large living space is particularly lovely to be in; it's open plan, has 5 windows so feels airy and has a kitchen island and two comfortable sofas with a TV. Included in the bills is a cleaner who comes once a fortnight for the shared spaces.

The bedroom is spacious with a double bed and ample space to relax in. It also has two skylights.

We have a garden at the back of the building with a lawn and secure bike shed which is shared with other residents which you can use.

The apartment is in the middle of Hove, less than 2 minutes walk from the seafront and just down the road from George Street with a range of cafes, restaurants and shops. We're less than 15 min walk to Hove train station and a few minutes to half a dozen local bus routes. There are also Beryl bike stops very close by.

You will be sharing with Zennor and Max. We are a couple in our mid-thirties. Max is a VR designer who loves playing beach tennis and volleyball on the seafront. He also has a keen interest in music and travelling, having lived in SE Asia for five years. Zennor is a book editor who loves hot yoga, trying out new bars, pubs and restaurants and countryside walks. We both like a game of petanque and Rummikub.

We do require a security deposit in case of damage. Rent is payable a month in advance.
