Some of my housemates are sadly moving out so we’ve got 1 bed going in our 4 bedroom house in Hove! First floor double bedroom. Property has 2 bathrooms (both with a shower and toilet, 1 also has a bath), and another toilet downstairs by the kitchen. We live super close to the big Tesco on Church Road, and are minutes away from George Street which is elite for charity shopping ;^)
Rent is £612.50, bills not included. References will be required - this will go through our letting agency.
About the current housemates:
We are 3 working professionals - super friendly and social. I work part time hours so my schedule is a bit sporadic, but both of my other housemates work a standard 9-5! We’re always up for a movie night or cooking dinner.
