Studio flat with off street parking in great part of Hove. Small living/sleeping space with kitchenette, dishwasher, fridge annd coffee machine. bathroom with full length bath and shower over. Own access and small outside space for bike storage/seat in the sun.
All bills included, unlimited hot water and fibre optic wifi . 10 min walk to hove or Preston park stations and Hove Park .
This is a separate space but attached/part of main house where I live.
I have a small friendly dog and a cat too.
I’m quiet and busy so I won’t be around much but can be called upon when needed.
Looking for a professional person who will also be busy with work and will look after the place well. No couples please.
