Double room with private bathroom for female

Bedroom with king size bed and private bathroom available.

I am seeking a female, non-smoking housemate. Must be a professional in full time employment (sorry but this isn’t suitable for home/remote/hybrid workers).

The comfortable bedroom is fully furnished with a king size bed, drawers, wardrobe and dressing table. The bathroom is predominantly for your use (only shared if I have a friend to visit). I have my own en-suite bedroom on the second floor. Downstairs is an open plan living space where you will be welcome to share the well equipped kitchen and dining area. There is a small courtyard garden which (in nice weather) is great to sit out for coffee/wine!

The house is located in Poet’s Corner, Hove (BN3) ideally situated for commuting to London, Hove station is just 6 minutes walk away. Plenty of buses from the end of the road straight into Brighton, taking approx 10 minutes. The beach is a 10 minute stroll and there are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance.

As a professional myself that works from home I like to keep my house calm, clean and tidy. The right housemate will be somebody independent but friendly who likes to live cooperatively, being sociable but also respectful of one anothers space. Someone creative and fun who wants to enjoy a peaceful and relaxed home.

Monthly rent is £850 inclusive of all bills, payable in advance. A deposit of £400 is required. I am currently looking for short term rentals of 1-4 months. References from current landlord and a professional reference will be asked for.
