Double room in Poets Corner, Hove

Great size double room in cozy 4 bed house. Good kitchen, living room, and garden. Great location in poets corner, 5 mins walk from hove train station. The house is well looked after and managed by the landlord. Looking for someone to take over my tenancy as I’m going travelling. I’m flexible on move in date as I haven’t made definite plans yet. Tenancy ends 18th August. I live with 3 lovely women, all recent graduates and working doing various different things. Everyone is really friendly and the house is a lovely environment.
All bills including council tax work out at around £100 each a month.
