Cozy Room Near Hove Station *With Cute Dog*

Hello,

I'm Amy, I bought this flat back in May and am looking for someone to move into the smaller bedroom. I've spent the summer renting it out short term and would like someone to stay for a longer period now :)

The room has a comfy king sized bed, cupboards, a mirror and blackout curtains. I'm open to offering unfurnished if you have your own stuff though.

I work from home so it would likely suit someone who leaves for work most days. I have a super friendly little dog so you will need to be as friendly as she is in return to her!

I spend a lot of my spare time keeping fit, going to gigs, cinema, seeing pals and travelling when I can.
