Spacious Double - Hove Beach - Newly Renovated

Recently finished refurbing this 2 bed flat to a high standard so everything's new. After years of living in househares & finally getting my own place, realised I actually prefer living with others! So looking to rent out the other bedroom.

Bedroom is spacious & bright, comes fully furnished as in photo (aside from the desk). Flat is 30 seconds walk to the beach, right near the new padel & tennis courts next to Rockwater. 10 minute cycle into central Brighton.

Everything in the flat would be shared, spaces etc. Have a washing & drying machine. Bedroom has good storage but we also have access to the loft for extra storage.

On-road parking directly outside (No wait time for permit) but potential to rent the off-road parking space from the neighbour too (I rent part of it for my motorbike)

Ideally looking for:
- Sociable, outgoing housemate, but equally respectful of both the flat & eachother.
- No full time WFH. Don't mind a day or so a week but it's not the largest flat in the world so don't really want it feeling like an office space.

Little about me:
- Very active & enjoy anything outdoors along with gym & keeping fit in general.
- Relatively new to the coast & looking to do more things & make new connections
- Work as an airline pilot so occasionally work odd hours

Room is ready to move in to from today. Would initially be a 2 month min term, then a rolling monthly contract with you just having to give a months notice if you wish to leave.
