Short term let on Brunswick Sq

We’re travelling for a few months and are looking for someone to rent our cozy furnished west facing studio with a mezzanine and separate kitchen from mid November till end of January.

Your temporary home will be located on Brunswick square with a lovely park right outside your doorstep, a 2 min walk from the beach and Hove Lawns and just off of Western Rd with lots of little shops (Tesco Express/Sainsbury’s), cafes, restaurants and the Brunswick Place bus stop, even though central brighton is only 10 minutes away on foot.

This is not a commercial airbnb so we’re looking for someone who will consider the flat their home and will take care of the place and the plants with as much love as we do.

The rent will be £1000 pcm and is excluding all bills.
