I am looking for a new flatmate to replace the current one who is moving out. The flat is located in Hove. It is 17 mins to Hove station and 10 mins to the beach.
I'm looking for someone clean, tidy, respectful, and easygoing.
Communicate openly and respectfully - whether it's about shared responsibilities, schedules, or any concern that comes up.
Enjoys a friendly, relaxed atmosphere but understands the need for personal space
I work from home full time, so I'm looking for someone who doesn't work from home at all or only one day per week.
The room comes unfurnished.
The living room will need furnishing, so it's a great opportunity to contribute and make the space our own.
The cost is £700 pm + bills
Council tax is band B.
Heating and hot water are included in the rent.
The room is available from the 12th of November.
The agency requirements for the new tenant are the below:
1. An income of no less than £21,000 per annum.
2. A positive reference from their current landlord.
3. If required by the landlord, the guarantor must be a homeowner in England or Wales with an income of no less than £26,000 per annum.
