Hello,
I'm advertising on behalf of my son Oli who is currently lodging in the flat (owned by my mother).
Oli is an electrician and is out Mon-Fri and sometimes Saturdays working.
The flat is a good size two double bedroom family flat. You would be the other lodger (not a tenant) with your own bedroom and sharing the large living room, kitchen, and bathroom facilities.
The flat is clean and quiet which would suit someone similar.
We have values of mutual respect, integrity, and accountability, and expect any applicant to have similar values.
We do require references as checks will be carried out.
The beach and sea, bus routes to all areas, and shops are a few minutes walk. The location is probably one of the best.
We want to be transparent from the outset...this is a lodger agreement in a family flat that can be terminated giving a months notice either way. That said, it is our intention currently to find the best person and continuing letting the room for as long as possible.
Only people who understand and fit the above need apply.
