URGENTLY looking for FULL TIME STUDENT to takeover my room! Room for rent in 5 bed house with access to full bathroom, toilet, kitchen and living room! Rent is £514.34pcm. The house originally came completely unfurnished but happy to provide bed and desk for small price. Looking for a friendly, clean female housemate! Also must be a student too as the contract only allows students. We have bills paid separately and it comes upto £80.54 pcm approximately. There a damage deposit of £588.40 required. The agency requires approximately £100 holding deposit too. The room is quite big and has a lot of lovely natural light, sea views included! The house is located in Hove near the flower stand, it’s a 2 minute walk down to the beach! The house is very easily accessible by buses and Hove train station is about a 15 minute walk away. The local area gives lots of access to cute cafes and a variety of restaurants.
