We are Connie, Lara and Stan… Welcome to Our Shared House on Somerhill Avenue, Hove! 🏡

We have one double bedroom in our two-storey house.

Prime Location: Nestled near Brunswick, Seven Dials, and central Hove/Brighton, our house is really conveniently located and Train and bus links are just a short walk away.

Room Details:
£645 (including bills): Located on the ground floor, with easy access to the shared bathroom.

Availability:
Available around 26th October

Tenancy:
Our tenancy arrangement is currently a rolling monthly contract, which will renew to another 6 month contract from 26th October.

Deposit:
A deposit of £375 will be payable.

Bills:
The quoted cost includes bills, which we manage ourselves. It may vary slightly based on usage.

Viewings:
Viewings from 25th September, starting at 6pm. We can’t wait to show you around!

House Highlights:

Spacious Living: Our large living room has a small balcony, and is a great spot to chill in.
Kitchen: Large kitchen diner with plenty of fridge and cupboard space.
On-Street Parking: Zone O Permit (no waiting list and never normally an issue to find a spot). Pay-and-display parking is available outside. It’s free after 8 pm and on Sundays.
Garage: Need extra storage? Our garage has you covered.

Meet Your Housemates:

Connie (25): Works in the boxing and fitness industry and juggles an admin job alongside. Otherwise enjoys a film night at home, long walks and eating good food with family and friends.

Lara (27): Works admin finance, otherwise spends most evening at the gym, enjoys going to gigs, and drinks more cups of tea than the average person.

Stan (27): Works at Sussex University whilst also Director at a football club. Enjoys going to football games, playing guitar and dog walks
