Big room with sea view, sublet (1/2 months)

Hello,

I'm going away so looking for a lovely person to rent my room for a month or two. With the possibility of extension after that time.

A huge room with plenty of light and space, can see the ocean from the window. You'll have the draws and clothes rail to yourself. I will also get you a new bed/mattress so won't be the one pictured.

Sharing the flat with my best mate Matthew, a great guy. Respectful, polite & tidy. Working as a pub manager, his loves are music, movies and travelling. Also is a small cute cat, she has her own space and wouldn't be in your room.

You're welcome to have visitors but this isn't a party house. Mutual respect of noise, privacy and cleanliness is expected.

A shared kitchen, tidy bathroom and a study/spare room.

Fully equipped kitchen to meet all needs.

Beautiful Victorian building, a 1 minute walk to the beach, Coop & Tesco close by + a selection of great restaurants and pubs. There's a clothes rail, table, chest of drawers and bookcase for you to use. Happy to remove them also.

No Couples please.

Shorter lets considered but prefer for someone to be here the whole duration.
