Cosy room in 2 bedroom apartment in Hove

I am looking for a new female flatmate starting from 5th of January.

The apartment is a cosy two-bedroom located 5 min away from the Hove station, there are shops, cafes and restaurants. The apartment is warm and quiet. The room is double and comes unfurnished, but my current flatmate might consider selling some of his furniture. The rent is £600 + bills and council tax. It's around £120 for water, wi-fi and council tax + energy bill that depends on consumption. In the summer it was low. In winter, it can be up to £70-80, especially if you work from home. But the room is the sunniest and the warmest in the house.

I’m an academic, 35. I’ve lived in this apartment for 2 years and love it. I’m looking for a mature, communicative person who appreciates a clean and tidy home so that we can both enjoy the space.

I’m social and I’d love to have occasional dinner and movie nights together, but also respect each other’s boundaries. I work from campus and from home 50/50 and I travel quite a lot.

In terms of hobbies, I enjoy taking care of my plants and will get more of them in the near future. I am an experienced yogi, and I love everything related to nature and animals. Unfortunately, the landlord is quite set on 'no pets' policy.
