There is a large tesco superstore a 5min drive or 15min walk away. Hove station is 1mile / 15-20min walk away and there is also Portslade station only a 10min walk away. Bus links are also very good. Situated just 2mins from Portland road the flat has many restaurants, takeaways, small superstores (Sainsburys and Co-op), a post office and wide variety of shops nearby. The seafront is only a 5min walk away.

The upstairs flat is occupied by a friendly and considerate couple with a young daughter.

The available bedroom is advertised as unfurnished but there is an option to purchase previous tenants bed frame + mattress + other furnishings as seen in photos at a low cost. The room has a storage cupboard.

Applications are welcome from mature students and full-time employed or self-employed professionals preferably working out of home most days.

About me - I am from Brighton and run a business with family here. I also DJ and organise events (though do not play music in the flat). I love swimming (including sea swimming), running and generally being active and outdoors. I'm interested in politics, philosophy and current affairs. I work from home 3-4 days a week. I am looking to live with someone who is quiet, tidy and independent.
