Double room in Hove

Great double room in cozy house share in Hove. Lovely location in Hove only 5 minute walk from the station. Shared living room, kitchen, bathroom garden with 3 lovely, friendly housemates, all working recent graduates. The house is very chill and tidy, we are all social but nothing crazy. Looking for someone to take over my tenancy as I’m going travelling in January - the room will be available around the 10th of January but I can be slightly flexible. The room is furnished but there is the option of storing furniture in the big attic if you had your own. Privately managed by the landlord, who is very responsive and fixes any issues promptly which is a big plus. Potential tenants must be working! Rent is £600 and bills come to just under £100 a month
