Positioned on the entire second floor of a well maintained Regency building the flat is split leveled, which is great as it acts as an informal separation of the living area/bedrooms from the bathroom and kitchen. It’s clean, uncluttered and homely and consists of 2 good sized bedrooms which are separated by an entrance hall and spacious lounge, all with high ceilings and large wooden sash windows. The modern tiled bathroom has a bath with shower and separate WC, which also houses a new full-sized washing machine. The kitchen, although small, has a gas hob, electric oven, fridge, new full-sized dishwasher and is fully stocked with pans, plates, cutlery etc. The kitchen also leads to a west facing balcony, with sea views and fantastic sunsets!

I am looking to share this lovely flat with a professional and tidy individual, preferably female. You will have full access and use of all areas of the flat and must want to respect it as a home just as much as I do. All bills, wifi and basic household items such as detergents, cleaning items, coffee/tea etc. are included.

A bit about me - I live a clean lifestyle, don’t smoke, rarely drink and enjoy preparing healthy home cooked meals which I love sharing if you’re ever in need of company and a good meal. I’m very respectful of your needs and privacy and don’t expect my flatmate to be a saint. I’m also a very happy and positive person, able to eliminate drama and stress from my daily life - so I’m really supportive and non-judgemental if you ever need to offload any of life's ills.

I work mostly outside of Brighton and have just started my own sideline business, therefore I’m constantly on the go and this means that there’s a number of nights in the week and weekends that I’m not home until very late at night where you will have the whole place to yourself…bonus!

I’m also an active, very proud father of a smart well mannered 10 year old girl who spends most weekends with me and who provides much joy and laughter. So you will need to like kids … well for 2 days of the week anyway, but I’m more than confident you will enjoy having her around - she hasn’t let me down yet!
