Hello! I’m looking for a young professional or student to take over a tenancy for this room (couples also welcome.) It is part of a 2 bedroom unfurnished top floor flat in Hove. We have all moved out and are looking for people to fill in the tenancy and the flat is available straight away to move into.
It is a well finished flat in a desirable central location with close access to Brighton Train Station and Bus routes. It consists of a large open plan kitchen/living room with gas oven, fridge/freezer and washing machine, two bedrooms (one slightly larger than the other) and a modern bathroom suite.
The property has gas central heating and is “Internet ready” using LAN-Link low cost services. Bills for us have cost approximately £50 pppcm and the flat is in council tax band B.
