Double room in Hove £575 available Dec

Hello! I'm Sophie, I am a single working professional, and I have a double room available just before Christmas in a lovely flat in Hove, just off Dyke road. Roughly 5 mins walk from BHASVIC. I have lived here for around 6 years now, and I can honestly say I love this flat and I've made it into a home. Sadly my current flatmate is leaving so I am looking for someone to take over the double bedroom.

The room itself is unfurnished, but has a huge built in wardrobe with sliding mirror doors and the window overlooks a beautiful little garden.

We have a shared living room and kitchen with fridge, cooker and washing machine. As well as a shared bathroom with a bath and shower.

I am the only other person you'll be living with, other than a lovely little Persian cat named Teddy, so if you don't like cats this won't be a suitable house for you!

I am vegan and LGBTQIA+ so you must be cool with that and of course it isn't necessary that you are too!

I understand moving just before Xmas is a little bit awkward so there is some flexibility on getting all your things moved in before the official contract would start. Currently the room is used as a bit of a storage room so I would highly advise on coming to see it.

Bills are not included in the rent but here is the breakdown of costs per person:
Council tax: £80
WiFI: £22
Water: £22.50
Gas & Electric: £60-80 (obviously this varies depending on the time of year)

I am looking for someone who is chilled yet social, I love my own space but I'm always down to watch TV and cook a few meals together. This isn't a party house, I'm getting older now and enjoy a suitable bedtime during the week :')
