LOCATION: Edwardian house in the sought after Pembrokes. 12-14 minutes walk from Hove station and on the 1, 6 and 49 bus routes. Close walking distance to the beach, bars, restaurants and cafes, as well as the large Hove Tesco and George Street.

This is a family home with 2 dogs so would prefer to have someone who keeps themselves to themselves and is respectful of others' space.

Any age but mature and independent, is preferred. Move-in date and length of contract is flexible. References will be required.

Parking permits can be applied for by the local council.
