Advertising a sublet of a double unfurnished room with south facing window in central Hove. I live above department flea market so have no downstairs neighbours and our own entrance. Located 2 minutes away from George street and The Gym and a short walk from the station. Large common area and washer dryer also included. There is a separate shower room and WC. Parking permits are also easy to come by. Room is the double room with the blue sofa bed in the ad. There is more than enough room for a double bed and wardrobe and all furniture will obviously be removed before your move in. I am super excited to meet you :)

My name is Daisy and I am a 25 year old young professional working in mental health/education. I like living in a friendly, clean and laid back space and have a lot of hobbies and interests including skating, yoga, climbing and reading. I am also a keen pole dancer (hence the pole in the living room). There will be space in communal areas for some extra furniture if you have any you would like to have in communal areas. Move in date is reasonably flexible. Water and WiFi bills are included and electricity and council tax is cheap and will be shared between us. I am really excited to meet you!
