Looking for a replacement tenant :)

I am looking for a female tenant to take over a double bedroom in a 5 bed house from February to September. Rent is £514 pcm (not including bills but very cheap). The property is located in Hove, is a walkable distance to Hove station, there are bus stops with frequent buses 2 mins away and it is located 5 mins from the sea front! The house is in a secure area with free parking, and it has 2 toilets and kitchen. The bedroom was originally unfurnished but you can purchase new furniture that’s currently in the room.

I can also do viewings on Fridays and Saturdays!
