Lovely cosy flat

I am looking to replace my wonderful flatmate who is leaving to go travelling for a month so it’s a short term let. And looking to move quickly due to the time of year.

The room available is the biggest and rent is £760 + bills. It’s a great location in centre of Hove. I work in hospitality, often in evenings so the lounge is often free especially at the weekends, I love my own space but happy to socialise with a film and food.
