The flat
Double room available in a bright, spacious two bedroom, two bathroom lower ground floor flat in Adelaide Crescent. It’s a 15-20 minute walk into town, one minute walk to the beach and Hove Lawns and two minutes to Western Road and Church Road with buses from Palmeira Square that can take you all over the city and Sussex.

The kitchen/diner/lounge is a great place for hosting your friends and family. There’s two decent sized rooms, one with a huge wardrobe/storage, you can pick either. Courtyard for bikes etc. and all the usual stuff you’d expect to find in a house.

Me
I’m 38 and employed full time as a social worker and work a mix of home, office and out in the community. I’m house trained, clean and tidy, healthy balance of keeping to myself and socialising. I’m not a party animal but try to keep myself busy and get out and about. I don’t use the lounge much unless cooking/eating, I’m normally in the office or my bedroom so if you enjoy lazy nights in front of the TV you’ll be undisturbed!

I enjoy cooking, getting people together and hosting themed nights, bbq’s and fires on the beach, Sunday roasts, comedy, playing 5-a-side, mountain biking, motorcycling, trail riding, hiking, camping and over the summer I work lots of events and festivals and try and get some motorcycle and camping trips in.
