Double room in two bedroom flat

Looking for someone to replace my current flatmate who is leaving the area. Bills are roughly £185 per month and the room can come furnished or unfurnished.

5 minutes to the beach, really close to shops and bus routes, about 15min from brighton station. The flat is on the top floor and gets a lot of sun. I'm indefinitely looking after a cat.

I work from home full time. I love to travel, go to gigs and hang out with my friends. I go for a dip in the sea most mornings and go to yoga, and I also cycle and play aussie rules football.
