We're looking for a new housemate in our lovely 3 bedroom flat in Hove! It's a double bedroom on the top floor with a skylight.
A great location within central Hove, a 7 minute walk away from Hove train station with bus stops just outside. Plus it's only a 2 minute walk to George Street and 5 minutes to the seafront.
Our amazing housemate is unfortunately moving out, so a double room has become available. You‘ll be sharing with myself Ruby (27) and Amelia (29), professionals working in the area. We like to hang out but also respect other people's personal space. We have a shared living room and kitchen, main bathroom and second, smaller bathroom. Fairly standard chilled out weekdays watching Netflix, socialising, keeping active but like to go for a couple of drinks and relax during the weekend.
Deposit of £600 with no additional fees. We have a fantastic private landlord who deals with any problems we have, but who is also very hands-off. Our flat is a non parking permit flat so unfortunately you cannot apply for one living at this address but great transport links nearby.
Bills are £100 - £120 a month (varies), including Broadband, Gas, Electricity, TV Licence, Water & Council Tax (Band B). We use Splitwise to work out the bills and take on a few each. You would be taking on the council tax which we can help you set up. The room’s available from 15th December but can be flexible :) Look forward to hearing from you!
