Large room in Hove close to the station

Ground floor room in an old Victorian school.

The room:
The room is large with high ceilings, wooden floors, an original fire place and 3 great windows that let in lots of light. The radiators keep it nice and warm and I find the room to be really cosy and lovely.

The house:
You will be sharing with 12 other people across 3 floors. However the property is very big and full of working professionals who I rarely see. The front two doors have passcodes so security is great. There is also a cleaner who comes once a week to tidy the entrance.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is an out building but has 4 cookers, 3 ovens and 3 sinks. Lots of space to put your own kitchen items. I’ve never had any issues with others using my things and I rarely see anyone else in there. There is also a communal washing machine in the kitchen- I have my own that I’ve had installed just for ease.

Bathrooms
There are 4 bathrooms (separate to showers) across the floors. On the ground floor there is a bathroom that you share with 2 other rooms.

There are 4 showers in the property- all have doors that lock. I use the basement showers. Never had any issues with them being busy.

I’m leaving as I want to move back home up north.
