The flat has a beautiful balcony to enjoy the good weather, when it finally comes and communal use of private gardens.

All bills are included in the rent - including Council tax, TV Licence, Wifi, utilities.
I also have a cleaner that comes fortnightly.

Great location, close to St Ann’s Well Gardens and a short walk from Seven Dials. It’s about 15 mins walk from Hove station, 25 mins walk from Brighton Station. Very close to no. 7 bus route. There is secure bicycle storage.
Sadly, parking permits are not available.

I like movies, trying my best to play padel and am a bit of a foodie.
I work from home usually 3 days a week in the lounge/kitchen diner, so we'll need to work together to make the most of the space.
The place looks at its best when it's clean and tidy, so I try to keep it that way.
