The rooms that will be available are on a separate floor from the rest of the family, for the sole use of students/tenants. Also, there is a separate large modern bathroom that is available for students'/tenants' use only on that floor.
Room 1: Very large sized room - Price £210.00 per week including bills, wifi, breakfast 7 days a week, evening meals (Sunday to Thursday) and laundry washes. Deposit £420.00.
Room 2: Large sized room - Price £200.00 per week including bills, wifi, breakfast 7 days a week, evening meals (Sunday to Thursday) and laundry washes. Deposit £440.00.
We are a family that has really enjoyed hosting students/tenants in the past and we look forward to welcoming new people to our home. Also, we are very fortunate to have a lovely cat and small dog, who are both very friendly, and part of our family.
