I’m looking for a Spanish speaking female lodger that is happy to teach my 13 year old daughter Spanish in exchange for cheaper rent.
I am a single parent with 2daughters age 11 and 13. I am a property manager and work from home so ideally would like someone that does not work from home.
I have a lovely comfortable home in a convenient location, close to all the amenities.
One main bathroom shared with myself and my kids and another shared w/c downstairs.
Single bedroom available is on the ground floor next to the house entrance.
A quiet home.
