Double room available in friendly household!

Sadly I am moving out so there is going to be a double room becoming available in a lovely 3 bed flat in Hove!

It is a comfy, cosy flat, in a great location and at a great rent price. You would be joining two other flatmates, Fiona and Jenn. Fiona works as a Dietician and Jenn is currently doing her Masters in Child Psychology. They are both absolutely lovely and sociable flatmates who enjoy hanging out in the evenings however respect everyone’s privacy. They are looking for a like-minded person to join them!

The bedroom is a double and has an in-built wardrobe/cupboard with lots of space for clothes. The room comes unfurnished however I would prefer to leave the bed frame that is here including a 1 year old mattress (no damage). The kitchen has all the usual kitchenware, utensils, microwave/oven, fridge/freezer, and in our comfy living room we have a big sofa, dining table and benches, board games and TV with various streaming platforms. You will be sharing a bathroom with just one flatmate (the other has an en-suite), it has a waterfall shower and heated towel rail. We also have a new washer/dryer (installed just a month ago) and underfloor heating!

The flat is in central Hove, 5 minutes from George Street and Hove station, 10 minutes walk to the sea and 15 minutes to Hove Park. There are lots of lovely bars, restaurants/cafes and shops just round the corner. There is currently no waiting list for council parking permits and it is parking zone N.

The tenancy has 3 months left of the contract with a high chance of it being renewed in March for another year, the same as it has been for the last 7 years. Rent is £550per month and bills come to around £150pm. Deposit is to be paid to previous tenant (letting agent will change name on deposit scheme).
Ideally available to move in from 1st December, but can be flexible on dates.
