Spacious Double Room in Hove Flat Share

I’m moving out of my home for the last two and a half years and looking for someone to take this room!

The house is a 3-bed flatshare with two lovely housemates in their 30’s. It’s a good size with some huge built-in storage. It comes unfurnished, however, I will not be taking my bed frame if you need one. The house has a large living room with loads of light and a really comfy sofa, a bathroom with separate toilet and kitchen with dishwasher etc. There’s space for bikes if you have one and an attic space which we generally use for storage/can be used as a social space.

You’ll be sharing the house with two lovely housemates, one who is doing a PhD and one completing their masters. There's space for you to work from home in either the room or the living room. It’s got a really chilled vibe, with evenings often chilling on the sofa and occasional house dinners!

The location is great! Right on the number 7 bus route (great for both Brighton and Hove train stations) and a 10 minute walk down to the sea with shops and cafes nearby.

The room is available from from the 24th Feb (although I can be flexible on moving date if needed). The rent is £700 per month with bills included (council tax band C), it is a 12-month contract although the letting agents are generally flexible about swapping tenants. There is a deposit of £600 + administration fee for incoming new tenants
