Decent room in large flat right on 7 dials

The Fred era is coming to an end! Our current housemate is moving on to pastures new.

The room is a decent size with good light from the large window, and is on the first floor. The flat is split over two floors and has a good-sized kitchen as well as a really large living room with dining table and two windows overlooking 7 dials. Two bathrooms.

We’re looking for someone to stay long term, who’s relatively easygoing and easy to live with. We’re friendly people who enjoy a pint / film / dinner together fairly regularly, but also enjoy down time in a pleasant home environment. Alex works from home upstairs, and I do from time to time. We’re a nice bunch!
