Double Room in Hove

Hello, we (Simon, Kelli and Lester the cat) are looking for a new flatmate to move into our 3 bedroom flat on Lansdowne St.

The flat is “rustic styled” (i. e. there’s bare brick in the kitchen and marks on the paintwork), but in a great central location. It’s an upper maisonette, spread over 3 floors, and the current contract ends in October. Bills come to around £150 each.

The room can be part-furnished (bed included) if required, is a decent size (approx 3.5m x 3m) and has a built in wardrobe - but does have a damp patch on one wall which is currently being investigated.

We’re lefty, vaguely bohemian types in our 40’s / 50’s and would love to find someone chill and tidy who works away from home, doesn’t blast their music and likes cats.
