Room to rent in Hove for August

I'm renting out a room for the month of August in my gorgeous two-bedroom apartment on Palmeira Square, one of Brighton and Hove’s most sought after area - just a stone’s throw from the beach with glimpses of the sea from the front room.
Short term lets only!

As the landlord of the property, I’ll be away so you’ll have the place to yourself. I’m potentially open to renting on a weekly basis or for the whole period, depending on what you’re looking for, and I can be a bit flexible on dates.

All bills are included in the rent, including wifi, Netflix and a fortnightly cleaner.

The room itself is spacious with a comfortable double bed and built-in wardrobe.
