A lovely, furnished or unfurnished single room (can fit double) is available in a stunning 2-bedroom period flat located and partially overlooking Palmeira Square, Hove. Happy to discuss helping find a desk and/or bed if you so wish.
Location Highlights:
• 20-minute walk to Hove Station
• 15/20-minute walk to Churchill Square
• Views of Palmeira Square from communal living room
• A short stroll (less than 5 minutes) to the beautiful beachfront
• Bus stops with access to all over the city 30 seconds from property (5, 5A, 5B, N5, 25, 46, 49, 1, 1X, 2, 6, 60, 71, N1)
• Supermarkets (Sainsbury's and Tesco Express) and pubs 2 min walk away
Flat Features:
• Access to high-speed WiFi
• Lovely triple height ceilings throughout
• Spacious, light-filled and welcoming communal living room
• Shared bathroom
• Fully equipped kitchen

The bedroom is a good size single, you could fit a double bed in with a squeeze if you wished and has a nice big window. It is really bright and quiet at the back of the flat. There is some storage above the hallway if needed. The living room is furnished but happy for you to add your own touch to the place!
About me:
Im a 26 year old neurodiverse artist, I studied illustration and i'm currently working from home painting and crafting while looking for local volunteering opportunities. I love gardening and so the flat has lots of beautiful houseplants. I love to cook and I have two loving indoor female cats. My social life is much more focussed on coffee, beach or lunch with friends than nights out (which are rare). Films, board game nights and occasional dinner guests are much more my vibe. More so in summer I can be tempted to go for a dance every now and then. Im keen for a friendly and social space while still enjoying my own space and independence.
Im looking for someone that would consider the space a friendly base to call home. Someone who has their own thing going on and respects each other's privacy but can enjoy each other’s company - films, games, meals or drinks are all welcome! Must be ok with cats.
