Top floor, two bedroom flat with plenty of natural light. 200 meters from Hove beach and 100 meters to closest bus stop which takes you straight into town. 10 minute walk to Hove station. 20 minute walk to Churchill Square. Zone N parking with no waitlist.

Split bills - water, electric, council tax, fibre internet.
About me:
I am a manager with the NHS and work fulltime, occasionally one day a week from home. Outside of work I like to keep active and train most days, hanging out with mates and travelling. Easy going and social but not keen on living in a party house.
I am in Australia for the month of March but current flatmate Andy will be around if you want to have a look at the room.
