Hello! You're invited to share my recenty decorated, warm, light and spacious eco house.

On the ground floor there is a sunny kitchen/living area, with bifold doors to the garden. The whole place was recenty renovated, including underfloor heating throughout.

Your bedroom would be on the ground floor and includes a double bed, two large built-in wardrobes, bookshelves, built-in desk and sofa.

Just across the hall is your semi-private bathroom with a powerful waterfall shower (you would have it to yourself other than occasional visitors to the house, as I have my own bathroom upstairs).

The house is warm and cosy with underfloor heating, constant hot water and the kitchen is fitted with all new modern appliances. There is a small utility room with washing machine.

Located in a quiet street in West Hove, just 8 minutes walk from the sea near Hove Lagoon, plus all the fantastic new facilities for tennis, padel and (opening soon) beach volleyball.

Portslade Station and Aldrington stations are both under 10 minutes walk away, offering trains direct to Brighton and London.

There are plenty of shops and cafes a short walk away in Poets Corner, plus bus stops nearby into Brighton and the Marina.

The rent is £900 pcm which includes bills.

I work from home and live fairly peacefully. I love working in my garden and have an active outdoors lifestyle.
