Large double room in ground floor flat

Hi everyone :)

My flatmate is moving on and his room will be available in April, it’s a 2 bedroom ground floor flat with a garden, the room is a large double and it will be approx £800 including bills.
The room is furnished but you can decide if you want to keep the bed/wardrobes etc

I have a 7 year old cat named Honey so you must be ok with cats :)

I would prefer to share with someone who is calm and respectful of noise levels. It’s not a party house, occasionally I’ll have friends over for dinner, you’re welcome to have guests but I’d rather not have people here all the time, or strangers staying over. Ideally want someone age 30-40.

We will share cleaning equally, we currently take it in turns to buy stuff, take the bins out, empty the dishwasher etc

It’s a great location, close to George street and 5 mins to the beach

No couples
No smokers/vapers please
LGBTQ friendly
Must be ok with me not being veggie or vegan
