Very well situated for supermarkets (Lidl, Tesco, Co-Op, small Sainsbury’s) all a short walk away. As well as numerous interesting shops n cafe’s on Portland Rd, Blatchington Rd and George St.

The house is a really good size, especially shared areas. Downstairs/ split level. Gorgeous large kitchen (perfect for Foodies), with breakfast/ 2 diner potential, opening onto paved sun trap outdoor space. Boasting a unique basement conversion living room, including extensive record collection and large dining table. This offers potential for a communal social household, at whatever level housemates choose to interact with that. As we also all value our own time and space and have the room to accommodate that balance. The available bedroom is also ground floor (with South Facing light). Toilet/Shower room, not en suite but adjacent and front bedroom next door.

There’s more! Upstairs, as well as the other 2 bedrooms, we also have a smaller south facing craft/art studio room with fantastic light! A super stylish, relaxing larger bathroom, with bath (what a blessing!🙏).

Applicants must have a UK guarantor and we are non smoking, in the house and pet free sorry.

We share household duties and expect a commitment to upholding the standards, that the house deserves, whilst not being clean/ tidy freaks.
We love doing things communally in and out of the house and welcome embracing of this, whilst respecting space/ privacy and individual wants and needs.

We are Council Tax Band C. Rent is £600 pcm + bills, which come to approximately £150-£200, month dependent, including WiFi and streaming subscriptions.
