The house is pretty spacious, large living room & kitchen. It’s a friendly house so looking for someone we get along with. The landlord, Val, lives below us with her husband John and their dog Toffee. They are lovely and always say hello.
I’m 25, a heritage consultant, I like sketching, card games & cooking. Will is 25, doing a woodwork course, likes art history, gigs, sea swimming. Matt, 25, works as a teacher Monday-Wednesday then football journalism on the weekend, loves football & country music. We enjoy pretty chill week nights and socialise at the pub on weekends.
Looking for a professional, clean tidy and with a similar schedule. £600 plus council tax £45 and bills typically come to £55 a month during summer & £70 in winter.
