Hello! My flatmate is moving out to be with his partner and I'm looking for someone to move into their room around the beginning of May (flexible) – just in time for a Brighton summer! I love this flat & its location so would much rather have someone move in & make a new friend.
The room is quaint but the rest of the flat is spacey and I’m pretty easy-going with where you want to put your stuff as long as you’re clean & tidy. The rent (£650pm) you’re paying is also less than I pay as my room is larger. Bills are approx £200 (Including Council Tax, Internet, Gas, Electric, and Water). The room is unfurnished, I own most of the furniture in the flat.
Some highlights: we have a tumble dryer, super fast internet (gamer), the location is amazing, only 10 min walk to Churchill Square & Brighton Station, and 15 minutes from the beach. The flat is quiet and the neighbours are nice, permit parking zone O with no waiting list, oh and you get to live with me!
Accessibility: Not suitable for people with limited mobility (on the 2nd floor with only steps)
About me: I'm a 26 y/o gay man (he/him) working full-time as an Environmental Consultant. I’m pretty relaxed and spend most of my time being out and about in Brighton or playing games (PC). I like all the usual things like drag race, house plants, wine etc.
About you: Not suitable for smokers or pets, & just be a decent, clean & queer person I guess!
