Double room im Hove available ASAP!

Great double room, in Poets Corner, Hove. A house share with my 3 lovely flatmates, who are all recently graduated and working. Looking for someone to take over my tenancy start of May but can be flexible! The tenancy is until late August but two of my flatmates are probably staying in the house for another year so you can also extend the tenancy with them if you like, great for short or long term. Everyone is sociable but very chill.
Location is great, 10 mins walk from Hove station, and buses into town often from the end of the road. The room is cozy, first floor looking onto the garden.
The room is furnished but furniture can be put in the loft if needs be, the loft is also great for storage. We have a garden, shared living room, one bathroom and a great washing machine and dryer!
Bills come to around £100 a month
