We have two rooms available in our bright and welcoming flat, just 2 minutes from the seafront, 10 minutes from Kemptown and Small Pond Recording Studios, as well as being right next to BIMM West and North campuses. Perfect for students of all ages or anyone of student age, the flat offers a relaxed and friendly atmosphere with fixed bills year-round, so no surprise costs!

You’ll be sharing with Charlie and Jessica, two friendly and helpful flatmates who keep the place running smoothly. The building is home to respectful and welcoming neighbours, making it a great place to live.

Since we have two rooms available, there will be another new flatmate moving in, so if you have a friend you’d like to move in with, they’re more than welcome to apply too!
