Bus 47 (route to Royal Sussex hospital, then to Saldean) to Brighton station take max. 12 minutes. Buses 5,5a,5b take you 20 minutes to Churchill square shopping centre.
Room is on first floor (where is as well kitchen with washing machine and turbo dryer ). There are 2 bathrooms on 1 floor and second floor (6 tenants living at house)
House is new redevelopment from nearly 2 years ago so everything is new: bathrooms, kitchen, stairs, rooms. Room have build in wardrobe with good storage, shelf. Unfortunately there is no living room, no access to garden.
Room 500£ including bills plus 500£ deposit.
