Short term flat share

Hi there,

We are looking for someone to come join our flat in Furze Hill for 6 months. It's a really great location, 5 minutes from the beach and 15 min from Brighton centre. The building heating is centrally regulated so it's always warm and it has a gorgeous communal garden! We wake up to squirrels and birds. It's also just beside St. Anne's Well Gardens.

The room:
A double bedroom with a double bed already inside, built in wardrobes, flat screen smart tv, drawers and some shelves. The room itself gets lots of light, has a view of greenery and trees and is lovely and quiet. The room will be available until 6th November.

Flatmates:
You will be joining three other housemates. Dan, Stephen and Angelina.
The flat:
The flat has a nice size balcony overlooking the comunal garden. There is one bathroom and a separate toilet also a big shared living room. The kitchen is also nice with plenty of storage space.

The financials:
Rent is £575 all bills included.
Room is available from 6th May.

We are looking for:
Someone cool, chill and cleans up after themselves is very important. Once in a while share nights over dinner, watch movies and hang out but also respect each other’s privacy and lives :)
Only looking for professional females to keep the house balance, no students and no couples, sorry !
