Double room for rent in Hove near the beach :)

Hi there,

We are looking for someone to come join our flat in Furze Hill. It's a really great location, 5 minutes from the beach and 15 min from Brighton centre. The building heating is centrally regulated so it's always warm and it has a gorgeous communal garden! We wake up to squirrels and birds. It's also just beside St. Anne's Well Gardens.

The room:
A good size double bedroom with a double bed, has a view of greenery and trees and is lovely and bright. The room will be available from the 7th of November. It has built in wardrobes so lots of storage.

Flatmates:
You will be joining three other housemates. Dan, Stephen and Lauren. They are all lovely and considerate.
Dan is a life and relationship coach, Stephen is a support worker and artist, and Lauren works in theatre and gives workshops. We all care and look out for each other.

The flat:
The flat has a great sized living room and a cute balcony overlooking the communal garden. There is one bathroom and a separate toilet. The kitchen is also nice, clean, tidy with good storage space. The building itself is an art deco apartment block built over 100 years ago with mature trees and gardens.

The financials:
Rent is £600 all bills included.

We are looking for:
Someone friendly, chill and cleans up after themselves is very important. We clean as we go, so if you like to let your dirty things pile up before you clean then please this flat is not for you. Once in a while we share nights over dinner and hang out but also respect each other’s privacy and lives :)

Only looking for professional females to keep the house balance, no students and no couples, sorry !
