Beautiful double room with en-suite

You will have your own room at the back of the house with an en-suite. Brand new kitchen with big island to cook and eat on. I have a dining room open to the main living room downstairs. I have a private garden and permit parking available with no waitlist for my zone.
I also have a loft which would be a shared space or you could use as your own lounge snug area and extra storage for your clothes if needed.
I am a professional who has a 14 year old very chilled Hungarian Vizsla. I love being outdoors, cooking and travelling.
All bills included in the rent and I have a cleaner that will clean the whole house too every two weeks. Washing machine and dryer for use.
Someone who does not work from home is ideal as I work shifts and commute and my days off vary. This will ensure we both have the house to ourself at times which will be beneficial to us both. I do work some weekends and travel a lot so you will have the house to yourself when I am working or away.
I am a calm clean person who loves to cook and entertain for my friends and family. Love nights in and out. Would be nice to share my home with a similar person who is also clean, tidy and takes pride of their home and treats my home like their own.
