Double room in two bedroom seaside flat in Hove

I have a two bedroom, two bathroom modern flat in Hove with a great sea view - it's right on the front next to King Alfred leisure centre. There is also a small balcony overlooking the sea. I'm looking for a lodger for the second double bedroom. It is furnished with a bed and built-in wardrobe. There is also a desk, a chest of drawers and an armchair - which can stay or go, depending on your needs. The second bathroom is shared, but, as I have an ensuite, would be mainly for your use.
There is a small utility room with a washing machine, and there is storage for bikes in the basement.
The main living area is lounge, kitchen and dining area combined. I am vegetarian and ideally my lodger would also be - but not essential.
I am a professional woman working partly from home and partly elsewhere. Looking for easy-going, respectful flatmate.
