We’re renting a small but cozy room, perfect for a student or a working person. The price includes all utilities: water, electricity, WiFi, plus access to a washing machine and dryer. We also provide all cleaning supplies, so you just need to bring your belongings.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including a traditional oven and an air fryer, so you’ll have everything you need to cook comfortably at home.
The flat has 2 bathrooms, making sharing more convenient and comfortable.

You’ll be sharing the flat with 3 respectful and hardworking guys, so we’re looking for someone who is also clean, tidy, and considerate. Gender doesn’t matter — mutual respect does.

We're located just two blocks from the sea, close to several restaurants, and just around the corner from a large Tesco — super convenient for your weekly shop and enjoying the neighborhood.
