Double room in 2 bed flat in Hove

I have a small double room available from end of February.
The flat is a 2 bed property and I live in the second room.

A little about the place:
* Your rent includes wifi but does not include bills (with bills it's usually 650-700 depending on usage)
* Your room is fully furnished and includes a TV with Netflix access.
* The room is a small double but you have a clothes storage/hanging unit and space for under bed storage which previous tenants have used.
* The flat is 5 mins from the beach at hove lagoon and close to Rockwater.
*The flat is 5 mins walk from portslade station which has direct links to London if you need to commute.
*Light touch free parking is available on the road but lodgers can apply for a permit if they wish.

I'm currently only looking for female tenants.
I also occasionally look after a dog so tenants must be okay with a very well behaved doggy .

A little about me: I'm a primary school teacher and a business owner in the wellness industry. I'm looking for someone who would like to sometimes hang and cook together but who also likes their own space/time in their room like me.

Sorry- The room is not suitable for anyone who works from home full time.
